Compliance Education

Employees must complete compliance education:

  • When first hired (new hire compliance education must be completed within 30 days of hire).
  • Once a year (refresher/annual compliance education).
  • With a change in job duties (only if new job duties/department warrants additional education).
  • When a change in the regulations has occurred.

Instructions:

  • To access the assigned modules, log into the KnowBe4 platform, or;
  • On the Galaxy homepage, you will find a link to Compliance & Security Education, which will allow you to log into the KnowBe4 platform.
  • Complete all training modules assigned to you.
  • For the best experience, please use the Firefox internet browser.

Need computer access?

  • Student employees may use the campus computer labs.
  • Non-student employees may use the computers in the UT Dallas library.
